I would like to raise a complaint regarding poor service and negligence by Delhivery, the logistics partner assigned to my order through Meesho.
I received an order on Meesho, and the pickup was scheduled for 24th April 2026, with the latest expected pickup date being 25th April 2026. The shipment was kept ready on time from my end. However, no pickup was attempted.
Upon contacting the local Delhivery representative (Nilesh), I was informed that no rider would be available for the next 3–4 days and that I should deliver the parcel to their office, which is not feasible for me as a seller. Post this, there was no response to my calls or messages.
I also raised a complaint through Meesho support, but the issue remained unresolved. Meanwhile, I kept receiving automated WhatsApp messages asking me to select “pickup today” or “pickup tomorrow.” Despite selecting “pickup today” multiple times, no pickup was done.
Due to this delay and negligence, my orders were eventually cancelled, causing financial loss and operational issues. As a new business, such service failures make it extremely difficult to sustain and grow.
I request strict action against the Delhivery Gandhidham branch for this negligence and also request compensation/penalty for the losses incurred due to their failure to provide timely pickup.
I hope the concerned authorities will look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action.
