Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally complain about the failure to install a new jio-air-fiber with set top box connection at my premises, despite booking on [29/01/2026] and paying Rs. 600/- necessary fees.
Customer Details:
I had applied for a JioFiber connection through their official website/app, and successfully completed the booking process. However, the installation has been repeatedly rescheduled without any valid explanation or prior intimation. I have made multiple attempts to rebook the installation slot, but every time it gets postponed automatically.
Furthermore, I tried reaching out to their customer care via email, but the responses have been vague, unhelpful, and in some instances, completely irrelevant. Their customer support contact number has also been consistently unreachable, making it nearly impossible to get any clarity or resolution on the matter.
I am attaching relevant screenshots of emails & booking confirmations as evidence.
I request the Consumer Forum to kindly take cognizance of this issue. I expect a prompt response and immediate action.
