I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding a non-delivered online order placed on your website .

  • Issue: Non-delivery of product
At the time of purchase, the website indicated that the order would be shipped internationally.   • No response has been received on follow-ups
Considering the above, I strongly suspect that this could be a fraudulent or misleading platform, leading to financial loss for many customers.
