Subject: Complaint regarding non-delivery of TV and refund of payment
Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Sourabh Chougule, would like to file a complaint against Neo Star.
On 28/04/2025, I made a payment of ₹16,000 via UPI to the company Representative Bharat Dadaso Chougules UPI for purchasing a television. The company assured me that the TV would be delivered within the promised time. However, despite making full payment, I have neither received the TV nor any refund.
I have tried contacting the company multiple times, but they have failed to respond or resolve my issue. This act amounts to unfair trade practice and cheating.
