I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the non-delivery of my order placed on Flipkart, with the following details:

• Order Date: 25th September 2025
• Product: Gaming Monitor
• Expected Delivery Date: 4th OCT
I placed the order on 25th September 2025, and as of today, 10th October 2025, I have not received the product, nor have I been provided with any satisfactory updates regarding the status of my order. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, as I was expecting timely delivery of the product.
I have attempted to track the order through the Flipkart platform, but my order is stuck at thane hub for last 10 days . I am not getting any help from flipkart customer support. Despite my efforts, the issue remains unresolved.
I kindly request the following:
1. Immediate clarification on the status of my order and the reason for the delay.
2. A confirmed delivery date for the product.
3. Appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused due to the delay.
Please treat this matter with urgency and provide a response at the earliest. I have attached a screenshot of my order details for your reference .
