I am filing this complaint against Ditch The Guilt for cheating and non-delivery of my order.

I placed an order worth ₹267 and made the payment successfully. However, I have not received the product. The contact number provided by the seller is either incorrect or unreachable, making it impossible to contact them for any support or update.

Despite making the payment, I have neither received my order nor any proper communication regarding its status. This amounts to deficiency in service and an unfair trade practice.

I request that the seller be directed to either:

  1. Deliver my order immediately, or
  2. Refund the full amount of ₹267 to my original payment method.
I am attaching the payment proof and order details in support of my complaint. I request the Consumer Commission to take appropriate action against the seller to prevent other consumers from facing similar issues.
