I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the non-delivery of an online order placed with RVS Collection. I had ordered a dress on 2nd November 2025, for an amount of ₹899. However, as of today, 12th December 2025, I have not received the parcel.

Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller, I have not received any proper response or resolution. This delay has caused inconvenience and raises concerns about unethical business practices by the seller.

Order Details:

· Seller Name: RVS Collection / RVS Boutique

· Product: Dress

· Order Date: 02-11-2025

· Amount Paid: ₹899

· Mode of Purchase: Online

· Issue: Non-delivery of the product

I kindly request the Consumer Protection Department to take necessary action against the seller and help me get a refund or ensure delivery of the product at the earliest.

complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide


If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
