Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a customer of the Gas agency (Indane - Rtp Co Op Gas Agency). I booked a gas cylinder on 04.05.2026, but it has still not been delivered to my address. Despite repeated requests and follow-ups, no proper response has been provided. Additionally, staff/agency is refusing to accept online payment (payment detail attached) and is insisting on cash payment only. Booking detail already completed by Ranjit Singh dated 06.05.2026.
This causes inconvenience and is against the digital payment facilities provided by the company.
I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and ensure:
1. Immediate delivery of my booked gas cylinder.
2. Acceptance of online payment methods without any objection.
3. Proper customer service in future.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
