Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding Order #69, which was placed on 04 March 2026 at 16:30 hours. The full payment for this order was made in advance. However, I regret to inform you that the order has neither been delivered nor has any refund been processed to date.
As per the order details, the status continues to display “Order Status Awaited,” which is highly concerning. On the day of the order, my son waited for approximately 3–4 hours, expecting the delivery. Unfortunately, even by 9:30 PM, the order had not arrived, leaving him without food for the entire evening. This caused considerable disappointment and distress.
Despite multiple attempts to reach your customer service team and raising a formal complaint via email on 03 April 2026 (Ticket No. 5459105), I have not received any satisfactory response. I was informed that the issue would be resolved within 48 hours; however, no action has been taken so far.
This level of service is unacceptable and does not align with the standards expected from your organization. I request you to take immediate action to:
