I am writing this letter to formally lodge a serious complaint against your authorized dealer regarding the failure to complete the committed work despite the passing of more than one year since the order/payment was made.
The dealer assured timely completion of the work and took our trust and payment on the basis of promises and commitments. However, even after repeated follow-ups over the last year, the work remains incomplete and unsatisfactory. This delay has caused severe inconvenience, mental harassment, and financial loss to our family/business.
Additionally, the dealer has now stopped responding to our phone calls, messages, and other communication attempts. Such irresponsible behavior reflects a complete breach of trust and damages the reputation and credibility of the Godrej Interio brand.
The following issues are being faced:
Non-completion of promised work even after one year.
Continuous false assurances and delays.
Failure to respond to calls and messages.
Unprofessional conduct and negligence.
Mental harassment and loss of customer confidence.
We trusted the Godrej Interio brand expecting professional service and accountability, but the conduct of the dealer has been extremely disappointing.
Therefore, I request your immediate intervention in this matter and expect:
• Completion of pending work without further delay.
• Strict action against the concerned dealer.
• A proper explanation regarding the negligence and misconduct.
