I had raised an urgent complaint regarding my 55-inch LED TV purchased in January 2026, which appears to be defective. Within only two months of normal usage, the TV started showing a serious display issue, with an excessive yellow tint that is significantly affecting the viewing experience. I have already tried all standard troubleshooting steps from my side, but the problem still persists.
I would also like to highlight that I have been continuously trying to contact your customer support helpline for the past 10 days, but unfortunately, I have not received any response.
Further, I had also contacted your official WhatsApp support number, where I was assured that an engineer would visit by 10th April. However, even after receiving this assurance, I have still not received any response or service visit update, which is extremely disappointing.
As the product is currently under warranty, I request you to treat this matter as urgent and arrange an engineer visit immediately to inspect and resolve the issue. Please note that if the issue is not addressed promptly, I may be compelled to escalate the matter further through the appropriate consumer grievance channels.
