I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding my missing parcel booked through Porter.
On 25/6/26 at 2200hrs , I handed over my parcel to the Porter delivery partner. The parcel contained valuable sarees and important documents(approx cost 25000). However, the parcel has not been delivered, and despite my repeated follow-ups, it is still missing.
I have the original purchase bills for the sarees, bank transaction records, and other supporting evidence to establish the value of the items. I also have CCTV/video evidence showing me handing over the parcel to the delivery partner.
The loss of my parcel has caused me significant financial loss and mental distress. I request Porter to conduct an immediate investigation, trace my parcel, and provide appropriate compensation for the full value of the lost items.
Kindly treat this matter as urgent and provide me with a written response at the earliest.
