Dear Sir/Madam,


I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my order (Order No. 235607968566912).


Upon receiving the delivery, I found that some items were missing from the package.1.classic Mild 2.king size wallet 3.engage perfume.This is not only disappointing but also raises serious concerns about the handling and verification process of orders.


In addition to this, I had a very unpleasant experience with your customer service executive when I tried to report the issue. Instead of providing assistance, their behavior was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. I was spoken to in a manner that made me feel insulted, as if I was being accused of dishonesty or wrongdoing. Such treatment is completely unacceptable and not expected from a reputed organization.


I request the following actions to be taken at the earliest:

1.Immediate resolution by either providing the missing items or issuing a refund.
2.Appropriate action against the concerned customer executive for their inappropriate behavior.
Assurance that such incidents will not occur in the future.

3 If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate this issue further through the Consumer Court.


I hope for a quick and fair resolution and you have to compensate this issue.
