Dear Flipkart Customer Support,

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my order OD338493044073568100.

I had ordered 5 sets of Justrack 7-Inch 2CH DVR Monitor Kit with 2 Cameras and Cable, Black LCD (17.78 CM). However, I have received only 1 set, while the remaining 4 sets have not been delivered.

I have already paid for the complete order of 5 sets, but I have received only 1 set. Therefore, I request you to kindly investigate this issue and refund the payment amount for the 4 missing sets at the earliest.

I have both video and photographic evidence showing the package and the items received, which I can provide as proof for verification.

I request Flipkart to please resolve this matter as soon as possible and process the refund for the 4 undelivered sets.

Was this an Open Box delivery ??

Opened at Doorstep: The delivery partner opened the main shipping box and the product box in front of you.

Physical Inspection: You checked the item for visible scratches, dents, or missing accessories before accepting it.

Delayed OTP: You provided the delivery verification OTP only after completing the physical check.
