Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding misinformation provided by Jio executive and misbehaviour by Jio customer service executive.
I had a Jio fibre connection, since there was frequent disconnection. I thought to switch to Jio Airfibre. I raised the request and executive came to my home, I specifically asked if this current connection can be changed to Airfibre and he agreed. Same thing happened by the installation person. He mentioned that someone will come to collect the old router and stuff.
Now, I see 2 connections on my JioHome app, for this I I called customer executive, they asked my if I want to raise a complaint or disconnect the old connection. Now they mentioned that only 1 thing can be done either complaint or request to disconnect. Also with disconnection I’ll have to bear the month’s cost. This whole conversation was extremely rude. Due to this I asked to escalate and let me connect to somebody senior to which she denied. I was keen on connecting to senior as I didn’t want to talk to her with the tone she was using. She was literally shouting over the call. And at 1 point she disconnected the call from her side. Mind it, it was intentional disconnection from her side. Never expected this kind of rude and unhelpful behaviour from executives of company like JIO.
Request Action:
1. Jio should have a concrete check with what information is shared to user and if their executives are sharing misinformation for their benefit
2. The customer care executive was extremely rude, caused a mental trauma to me, this should never be done to anybody, specially you customers
