Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding the mis-selling of the SBI Prime Credit Card by your credit card executive Mr. Kamal, who assisted me with the application at Tripuri branch patiala.
At the time of issuance, Mr. Kamal clearly informed me that the SBI Prime Credit Card would remain free for one year for Punjab Government employees. Based on this assurance, I proceeded with the card at sbi bank branch tripuri saidan patiala.
However, in my October 2025 bill, an annual fee of ₹2,999 plus GST ₹539.82 (total ₹3,539.82) has been added. This charge is completely contrary to the commitment given by your employee and amounts to mis-selling of the credit card.
I would also like to mention that I maintain a salary account at tripuri branch and i am a salaried Punjab Government employee, which makes this misleading information even more disappointing.
I therefore request you to kindly:
1. Waive off the wrongful annual fee (₹3,539.82) from my credit card bill.
2. Take strict action against the concerned executive for mis-selling the product.
I have already submitted multiple e mails regarding this complaint to sbi manager solani dhwan ,but neither she took any action nor picked my calls. I was too much harassed by the sbi bank Tripuri patiala
Kindly take the necessary action regarding the same.
