I purchased a new motorcycle from Robotech Hero, authorized dealer of Hero MotoCorp. Within around 2000 km, abnormal engine noise started. Since then, I have visited the service center approximately 10 times. The engine has been opened multiple times, but the issue still continues.

Even after repeated repairs and paid service, the same engine noise started again. After service, other issues such as excessive heating, burning smell, power lag, and hard gear shifting also developed. Recently I paid ₹601 for service, but immediately after service the same problem reappeared.

The repeated visits have caused financial loss because I travel around 120 km up and down each time. Being a student, I have also suffered educational loss and mental stress. Despite repeated complaints, I did not receive proper permanent resolution or written assurance.

This clearly amounts to manufacturing defect and deficiency in service. Therefore, I request replacement of the defective bike/engine, refund of unnecessary charges, and compensation for financial loss, educational disturbance, and mental harassment.
