Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a Voltas beko refrigerator model no DW239 Serial No: 1100773 -1100773A24j107187 purchase on 14/4/2025 from Genius Enterprise Vikas Nagar District Dehradun Uttarakhand

Within a short period of use, the refrigerator has developed several issues, including [“not cooling properly,” “excessive noise,” “leakage,” heating after 1 hour rendering it unfit for regular use. I promptly contacted your customer service team and raised a service request 25052232069

However, I am deeply disappointed with the response and handling by your service team. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. The technicians either do not show up as scheduled or provide inadequate support without any lasting solution. This lack of accountability and unprofessional conduct is unacceptable, especially from a reputed brand like Voltas. Beko

I kindly request the following:
  1. Immediate resolution of the technical issue with the refrigerator.
  2. If repair is not viable, a prompt replacement or refund as per warranty terms.
  3. Action against the negligent behavior of the service staff.
  4. A written confirmation of the steps being taken and a timeline for resolution.

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send a detailed email to the customer care department of the VOLTAS, clearly outlining your concerns that you are facing problems with the new AC and requesting to replace or refund. This step not only gives the VOLTAS company a chance to address the issue but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
