I booked a consignment through Professional Courier on 20 May 2026 under AWB No. KUR7006383215 from Mumbai.

Despite the passage of several weeks, I have not received the parcel. I made repeated attempts to contact your customer care team through phone calls and messages. After considerable follow-up, I was informed that my parcel has been lost by Professional Courier.

I am now trying to register a refund and compensation claim; however, the contact numbers provided are either unreachable or unresponsive. I have been unable to obtain any information regarding the claim procedure.

Through this email, I request your immediate assistance and a clear written response regarding:

  1. The current status of my consignment.
  2. The official procedure for filing a refund/compensation claim.
  3. The timeline within which my claim will be processed.
  4. Compensation for the loss of my parcel and the inconvenience caused.
