I booked a Jio Fiber connection online, after which I received a call from an executive who instructed me to make a payment of ₹2221 for the booking process, which I completed; however, after the payment was made, the executive has neither followed up nor responded to my calls or messages, causing significant inconvenience and concern. I request you to kindly look into this matter at the earliest and either proceed with the installation process or refund the amount if the service cannot be provided.
