Dear Jio Support,
During the installation of Jio Airfiber serial no. - REDHGCM00008394 we specifically requested the ₹599 (30 Mbps) JioAirFiber plan. However, the Jio representative named Rohit Wankhede activated the **₹899 (100 Mbps)** plan instead and informed us it was a 3-month plan.
After activation, we found that the validity is only 2 months, not 3 months as promised.
Please investigate this issue, correct the plan to the one we requested, and clarify the discrepancy in the plan validity.
