I, the Complainant, state that I have been subjected to continuous harassment, abusive calls, and coercive recovery practices by One MobiKwik Systems Limited, its employees, and third-party agents since 2024.
Despite multiple complaints made to the company and regulatory authorities, no effective action has been taken. The Opposite Party continued to engage in unfair and illegal practices, including repeated threatening calls, use of abusive language, and harassment of my family members.
Such actions are in clear violation of RBI guidelines on fair recovery practices and amount to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
The continuous harassment has caused severe mental agony, emotional distress, and inconvenience to me and my family. The Opposite Party has failed in its duty of care and has acted negligently despite being aware of the situation.
I have supporting evidence including call recordings, call logs, and copies of complaints attached in google drive link given below.
I am attaching a Google Drive link containing evidence of abusive calls made to me and my relatives:

Details of some incidents are as follows:
Date: 10 August 2024, 3:10 PM
Calls from Mr. Sujal and Mr. Vishal (Mobile Nos. 8425986280 and 9820671631), identified as MobiKwik employees or third-party agents. Abusive calls began on the same day. Recordings are attached in the shared drive.
Date: 11 March 2025, 4:52 PM (Reported via email on 12 March 2025, 2:41 PM)
Call from mobile number 9589488775, where the caller (female) used abusive language. Recording provided as evidence.
Date: 4 June 2025, 12:51 PM
Call from mobile number +91-7400612722. The caller identified herself as “Puja” claiming to represent MobiKwik but refused to disclose the name of the recovery agency when asked.
Therefore, I request this Hon’ble Commission to take appropriate action against the Opposite Party and grant relief as prayed.
