Respected Sir/Madam
I, Mohd Ikhlaq Mir, is filing this complaint under the consumer protection Act, 2019, against the fraudulent and unethical trade practices of the above-mentioned firm.

On 17th June 2025, I placed an order with S S Furniture India, for bed set with side tables (₹22000) after being assured of prompt delivery and quality. I made a payment of 6000 in advance via UPI to their account, which I can fully substantiate with transaction proof, and firstly they said the rest of the payment will be COD. But after 2 days they again called and asked for the rest of the payment because their delivery agency doesnt do COD to Kashmir. Once I transferred the full payment, they didn't respond to any of my queries.

Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received the product or any refund. All commitments made were dishonoured, and the vendor has now stopped responding to my calls and messages. This constitutes deficiency in service, cheating, and mental harassment.

I request the Commission to kindly:

Direct the vendor to refund the full amount of ₹ 22000.

Award appropriate compensation for mental stress and inconvenience

Impose a penalty as deemed fit for unethical conduct


All supporting documents (invoice, proof of payment, chats, and GSTIN validation) are enclosed herewith.
