I would like to bring attention to the unethical practices of 'Artisan Tek,' an institute run by Nagaraj Modhulla and Adityavardhan Garapati. This unregistered institute is preying on job-seeking individuals by falsely promising employment opportunities in exchange for fabricated experience certificates. The institute offers basic courses that only serve to assist in creating these fake certificates, charging INR 20,000 from each participant to initiate the process. After completing the course, individuals who were led to believe they would secure a job are then confronted with an additional demand of INR 1 lakh. Failure to pay this amount results in the forfeiture of their education certificates, effectively trapping the students. Furthermore, the institute operates solely online and does not have a legitimate physical office, further raising concerns about its credibility and intentions.

It has come to light that the management of the institute is allegedly being conducted from an off-the-records office, with all operations seemingly taking place at this undisclosed location:

Hello @AbhishekL Ji,

Thank you for bringing this concerning matter to our attention. The actions of the unregistered institute Artisan Tek falsely promising employment opportunities and exploiting individuals financially are not only unethical but also unlawful. To address this effectively, we strongly recommend sending a legal notice to the institute to demand justice and seek redress for their fraudulent practices.

Purpose of the Legal Notice:

A legal notice will formally:

  1. Highlight the fraudulent practices of the institute.
  2. Demand the return of any money you have paid.
  3. Seek the immediate return of your original education certificates.
  4. Warn the institute of further legal action if the issue is not resolved within the stipulated time.
Steps to Send a Legal Notice:

  1. Engage a Lawyer: Consult a legal professional to draft the notice, ensuring it includes:
    • Your complete details (name, address, contact information).
    • A description of the issue, including how the institute misled you and the payments made (with proof, such as receipts or bank transactions).
    • A demand for:
      • Immediate refund of the money paid.
      • Return of original education certificates (if applicable).
      • Compensation for the harassment and inconvenience caused.
    • A deadline (usually 15–30 days) for the institute to comply with the demands.
  2. Send via Registered Post: Dispatch the notice through registered post or courier with acknowledgment to ensure proof of delivery.
  3. Keep Records: Retain copies of all correspondence, including the legal notice, payment proofs, and delivery acknowledgment, as these will be crucial if the matter escalates.
Next Steps if the Institute Fails to Respond:
