I am writing to report a serious issue involving a fraudulent order cancellation and the subsequent restriction of Cash on Delivery (COD) on my account.
I want to bring the following facts to your attention regarding Order ID: 234362259652224
I request an immediate investigation into this driver's behavior and the restoration of COD on my account. I mentioned the payyment and transaction details for your reference.

And not when I did email at swiggy then they are replying the same thing again and again and cod not resuming. My email id restricted after this complaint my email ID has been restricted and getting delivery failure email from grievance@swiggy.com; support@swiggy.in

I want to bring the following facts to your attention regarding Order ID: 234362259652224
- Identity Discrepancy: The app initially showed the delivery partner's name as Hanuman. However, when the delivery arrived, I was asked to make a payment to a mobile number registered under the name: Banking Name: Bushra Ansari / Phone name: Md. Izhar Ansari.
- Payment Made: I successfully received the order and made the full payment as requested. I have the Transaction ID: 121128235578 as proof.
- Fraudulent Cancellation: Shortly after receiving the items, I received a call from someone claiming to be at my doorstep with the same order. I informed him that I had already received the delivery and paid for it.
- Misleading Reporting: Instead of clarifying the situation, the individual lied to the Swiggy support representative (named Shubham), claiming that I was "refusing to accept the order."
- Unfair Action: Without listening to my side of the story or verifying the delivery status, the representative (Shubham) cancelled the order.
