I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a fraudulent delivery made against an order I placed through the Flipkart app.
I made the full payment for the product through the Flipkart app. However, upon opening the delivered package, I found only torn pieces of paper instead of the item I had ordered.
This incident has caused me significant financial loss, mental distress, and inconvenience.
Despite making a genuine purchase and payment in good faith, I have been subjected to an unacceptable and negligent service. Such incidents seriously undermine consumer trust and amount to unfair trade practices.
I request that appropriate legal action be initiated against those responsible for this exploitation. I also seek full compensation from Flipkart for the financial loss I have suffered, along with compensation for the mental agony and inconvenience caused by this incident.
