Respected Sir/Madam,
I would like to file a consumer complaint regarding an unauthorized Cash on Delivery shipment delivered to my address through Blue Dart courier service.
On delivery, an amount of Rs 799 was collected for a parcel that neither I nor any member of my family had ordered. The shipment contained a cosmetic product named "Charcoal Glow Detox Mask Cream."
Shipment Details:
Waybill Number: 77788052381
Order/Invoice Number: ord_ts148548
Courier Service: Blue Dart
COD Amount Paid: Rs 799
Upon checking, the waybill number appears invalid or untraceable on the Blue Dart tracking portal. Blue Dart customer support has also failed to provide proper seller or consignor information.
This raises serious concerns regarding fraudulent COD deliveries and misuse of customer address and payment details.
I kindly request:
1. Investigation into the shipment and seller details
2. Refund of the collected COD amount
3. Necessary action against the responsible seller or entity
4. Assistance in preventing such fraudulent deliveries in future
I am attaching photos of the parcel, invoice label, and related proof for reference.
Kindly treat this matter urgently and take necessary action.
