I would like to report a serious fire and explosion (blast) incident that occurred at Kuthina Hobs on [01-10-2026] at approximately [evening 7.17 o clock ].I am facing a serious issue with the productThe product I bought has been having problems since the day I bought it, from the time of installation. After the installation, the problem started . The problem is not solved in any way; I am completely certain this is a manufacturing defect. Please replace my product. Otherwise, the cooking time of my family members is at risk.
I have lodged a complaint three times about this. As always, it is exploding with fire in the same way. My family members have to cook in the kitchen while risking their lives. Today I captured the entire blast incident on camera.
I am attaching the video of the camera blast. Please watch after 20 seconds of the video, how dangerous it is.

The incident involved a fire followed by a blast, which caused damage to property and posed a serious risk to people's lives and safety. I request the concerned authorities to immediately investigate the cause of the incident, take necessary action to prevent further danger, and hold any responsible parties accountable. In my house, little children stay in the kitchen. They are getting so scared that they start crying. The women of the house are also afraid to cook; the stove is blazing so fiercely along with the fire.I cannot put the life of anyone in my family at risk for your product.
I have faced this problem many times before as well.If this problem is not resolved and my product is not delivered after this, I will be compelled to take legal action and report the matter to the Consumer Forum.
