Dear Amazon India Customer Care / Grievance Officer,
I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the manner in which my warranty claim has been handled for my Trimfinity Trimmer, purchased on 16 March 2026 under Order #405-2067494-7509920.
The trimmer stopped working in June 2026, well within the manufacturer's warranty period. Since then, I have repeatedly contacted Amazon Customer Care in an attempt to obtain a resolution. Instead of receiving assistance, I have experienced misinformation, unnecessary delays, contradictory responses, and complete mismanagement of my case.
In addition, I sent a warranty claim email directly to the brand at support@trimfinity.in on 10 June 2026 at 3:29 PM, but I have not received any response from the brand to date.
I request that Amazon immediately audit every call made from my registered mobile number 9619772113 since June 2026. The call recordings will clearly establish the following:
I have fully cooperated throughout this process by submitting every document requested, including my purchase invoice and warranty documents. Despite this, my complaint remains unresolved because your executives continue asking for the same documents instead of processing my warranty claim.
I consider this to be a serious deficiency in customer service and an unfair practice that has caused unnecessary inconvenience and mental harassment.
Accordingly, I demand that Amazon take the following actions immediately:
If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within 48 hrs of this email, I will proceed with all remedies available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including pursuing my complaint before the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. I will submit complete evidence, including my purchase invoice, warranty documents, email correspondence, complaint history, and the call recordings that clearly demonstrate Amazon's repeated failure to resolve this matter despite numerous follow-ups.
Amazon's customer service quality has deteriorated significantly. This experience has seriously affected my confidence in Amazon's after-sales support. Unless this matter is resolved immediately, I will discontinue purchasing from Amazon and will share my experience with my family, friends, colleagues, and on appropriate consumer platforms so that others can make informed purchasing decisions.
I expect a written response from your senior grievance team and a final resolution without any further delays.

- Conduct an internal investigation into the handling of my complaint and take appropriate action regarding the repeated misinformation and mishandling by the customer service representatives who dealt with my case.
