Dear Flipkart Support Team,
Subject: Complaint regarding delayed order and extra payment - Order ID: OD438781329041072100
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order. I placed an order for the product "DISHA ONLINE CLASSES Hindi For Bihar Board Class 12 (हिन्दी) बिहार बोर्ड कक्षा 12वीं के लिए) By Nice Publication" (Order ID: OD438781329041072100).
The standard price of the product was around ₹260, but I paid ₹300 for faster delivery with a scheduled delivery date of October 8, 2026. However, the product has not been delivered on time, the order status is not updated, and I am unable to cancel the order through the app/website.
Since I paid extra specifically for express delivery and the delivery promise was not fulfilled, I request you to either expedite the delivery immediately or cancel the order and process a full refund (including the extra amount paid for fast delivery).
Kindly look into this issue urgently and update me on the status.
