Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against BDI Green Park, Alwar, regarding the delay in confirming the date for the registration of my residential plot booked on 29/06/2024.
Despite multiple follow-ups, the builder has not provided a clear timeline for the property’s registration process.
At the time of booking. The marketing team assured me that the registration would be completed within one month of the booking date.
However, it has been several months, and I am yet to receive any confirmation or satisfactory response on this matter.
Furthermore, HDFC Bank has sanctioned a loan against the said property, but the disbursement is currently on hold.
The delay is causing financial stress and hindering the progress of the transaction.
I have made several attempts to resolve this issue directly with BDI, but their lack of response has left me with no choice but to seek your intervention.
I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter.
Note- I am not willing to move further with this builder, so support for refund my paid Amount.
