Complaint Regarding Delay in New Airtel Fiber Connection Installation

I had applied for a new Airtel Wi-Fi connection on 26/06/2025 for Gate 2, Tata Steel Limited, Angul,Odisha I was contacted by your executive, Mr. Debasish (Mobile: 8093409043), who assured me that the installation would be completed by 27/06/2025.screenshot for your reference attached.

However, the installation was only booked on 30/06/2025 under Request ID: 0673222618641, after I made a payment of Rs. 2,828. Since then, there has been no proper communication from Mr. Debasish. Despite multiple follow-ups, he is now not answering my calls, and the installation remains incomplete.This is already 15 days gap after payment but i didnot get any response for installation.

This delay is causing significant issues for both my client and my organization. I kindly request your urgent intervention to resolve this matter and ensure the installation is completed at the earliest.
