Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a Haier 2025 Model 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split Inverter Intelli-Convertible 7-in-1 Convertible HD Filter, Frost Self Clean, Up to 20M Air Flow, Hyper PCB AC through the Flipkart portal on 19 April 2026. The product was delivered on 22 April 2026.
At the time of purchase, the installation was scheduled to be completed on or before 24 April 2026. However, despite waiting for calls and messages from the installation team, we did not receive any communication or support regarding the installation.
Subsequently, we raised multiple complaints with Flipkart customer support and requested either immediate installation or a return of the product. It has now been almost one month since delivery, yet no action has been taken. We continue to receive calls stating that the case has been resolved, but the installation has still not been completed.
This delay has caused considerable inconvenience and dissatisfaction. We request your immediate intervention to either:
