The absence of post-sale support and the buyer being allowed to contact and threaten me directly has caused:

- Mental stress and anxiety

- Damage to my reputation

- Loss of peace and confidence in using such platforms

We were called for a test drive but they did not show us the vehicle but made us sit and one was quarreling with us and they asked us for all our documents and told cannot show u the vehicle because we r not able to proceed your loan we had travelled a long distance from Lonavala to tatawade
