Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the Whirlpool washing machine purchased from Vijay Sales (Vashi - Navi Mumbai ; Pin Code 400703 ) on 21 September 2026, against Invoice No. VSH-G-SIRT9466. Unfortunately, the product has been extremely disappointing and has failed to perform its basic intended function of washing clothes properly.
Despite trying multiple wash programs, including Quick Wash and Heavy Wash, the machine consistently fails to deliver satisfactory washing results. In several instances, detergent powder or liquid remains visibly present on the clothes even after the selected wash cycle has been completed. We have tried all available modes, but the problem persists. This raises serious concerns about the machine's performance and whether it is functioning as expected.
What is even more frustrating is the way our service complaints have been handled. Despite raising multiple complaints and following up repeatedly, only one service visit has taken place. To our utter disappointment, the service ticket was closed with the remark that the machine was working fine and the customer was unsatisfied. This conclusion was reached without adequately considering our concerns or addressing the actual problem experienced during everyday use.
Since the closure of that ticket, we have made repeated follow-ups, yet no service representative has attended to the issue. This lack of proper support, coupled with the machine's unsatisfactory performance, has caused us considerable inconvenience and frustration. A newly purchased washing machine should not require such persistent follow-ups merely to perform its fundamental function.
