I am Devyani Manoj Gaikwad filling this complaint against Shree Deeplaxmi Readymade, Address: N-44-AA-1-25/1,Adharsh Nagar,4th Scheme Pawan Nagar,Cidco,Nashik.
I purchased a raincoat (Zeel waterfighter)from the above-mentioned shop for ₹879.00. Before purchasing, I checked the product. However, after using it only once, I discovered that the raincoat was defective and had a tear.
I immediately contacted the shop and requested a replacement or a refund. Despite informing them about the manufacturing defect and the fact that the raincoat had been used only once, the shop refused to replace the product or refund my money.
The seller's refusal amounts to unfair trade practice and deficiency in service, causing me financial loss and mental inconvenience.
I respectfully request the Hon'ble Commission to:
Direct the seller to replace the defective raincoat with a new one or refund the full purchase amount.
