Subject: Complaint Regarding Defective Air Conditioner Purchased from Flipkart
Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to file a complaint regarding a defective air conditioner purchased from Flipkart.
After the air conditioner was delivered, a technician from Jeeves Consumer Services came for installation. After completing the wall fitting and turning on the AC, only hot air was coming out instead of cooling air
The technician informed me during installation that the AC appeared to be defective and possibly had no gas inside it. He initially said he would return later to inspect it further, but he never came back. Since then, I have been continuously contacting Flipkart customer care, but instead of providing any proper resolution, they are repeatedly asking me to wait and giving new timelines every time.
Later, I also confirmed with Flipkart customer care that the technician had already updated the issue in their system as a defective product. Despite this confirmation, no replacement or refund has been provided so far.
The technician is now saying that it may take at least 15 days to replace the AC, and he is also not answering my calls. Due to this unnecessary delay, I am being forced to suffer in extreme heat without a working air conditioner, which is causing me severe mental stress, inconvenience, and frustration.
Even after repeatedly requesting a proper resolution and informing them that I may file a consumer complaint, neither Flipkart nor the concerned service team is taking the matter seriously.
Therefore, I request you to kindly register my complaint and take necessary action against Flipkart and the concerned service team for supplying a defective product and failing to provide timely support and resolution.
