Dear Flikpart Team,
This is with reference to my purchase under Order No. OD337464797481012100 (Sleepy Bug). Upon delivery, the product was found to be damaged. We immediately reported the issue to Flipkart customer care the very next day and shared the required photographs. However, our complaint was not registered at that time.
After 4–5 days, we contacted customer care again and were assured that a technician would visit within 24 hours to inspect and arrange pickup of the damaged product. Despite multiple follow-ups, no action was taken.
After nearly 20 days, we received a call regarding pickup. We clearly informed the concerned person that we are unavailable from Monday to Saturday and requested a visit on Sunday or after 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this request was also not acknowledged and no pickup has been completed to date.
Also we got this kind of Threat Message from the Dealer.

A refund of ₹8384 was issued to you, but the mattress has not been returned and the refund amount has not been repaid.
You are requested to close this matter within 24 hours, by choosing either option:
Return the mattress – we will arrange free pickup
OR
Repay *70%* of total value & keep the mattress, Payment Link Is Below.
If no response is received within the above timeline, the matter may be escalated for formal recovery action, including legal notice and, where permitted under law through authorized channels, reporting to credit information agencies such as CIBIL, which may affect your Customer Credit Score / CIBIL Score.
This notice is issued without prejudice to our rights and remedies under applicable law.
We are concerned and disappointed to receive such WhatsApp communication from your end without any prior discussion or verification of the actual situation. This approach is completely unprofessional.
From day one, the product delivered was damaged, and we immediately informed Flipkart customer care and requested a pickup. As per your team’s communication, a technician was supposed to visit and collect the damaged product. However, despite repeated follow-ups, no action has been taken, and we have been compelled to call multiple times for resolution.
Given these circumstances, holding us responsible is not acceptable. As per applicable consumer protection laws, we reserve the right to initiate appropriate legal action against both your company and Flipkart for supplying a damaged product and failing to resolve the issue.
We request you to take immediate action to resolve this issue and arrange for the pickup at the earliest.
Looking forward to your prompt resolution.
