Dear Amazon Customer Support / Grievance Team,
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent guitar purchase from Amazon.
Order ID: 406-5108056-4809144
Product Name: Blueberry B-38C Acoustic Guitar
Date of Delivery: 1st of June 2026
The guitar was intended as a birthday gift. However, upon delivery, I found that both outer packaging boxes were severely damaged and broken. Since this was purchased as a new product, I expected it to arrive in proper and presentable packaging.
The damaged packaging has caused significant disappointment, especially because the product was meant to be gifted. Although I am yet to fully assess the condition of the guitar itself, receiving a new product in such poor packaging is unacceptable and does not meet expected delivery standards.
I request Amazon to investigate this matter and provide an appropriate resolution. I have attached photographs of the damaged packaging for your reference.
