We bought water purifier from livpure and always had issues with how often it had problems. we understand that companies like livpure make money by charging us for changing parts in our filter and fixing faulty parts so that the filter stops working in few weeks and we call them again.
The company's customer care number is not even responding to our calls and when picked they end the call as soon as possible like trying to avoid our issues.
Ironically this behaviour of company contradicts their own vision and values listed on their website. we atleast demand that our issues are resolved by company as soon as possible and if possible to give us next few services for free of cost to compensate the amount of time we wasted to dial their customer care that never responded.
