I want to file a complaint for not giving proper response for the cooler purchased from vijay sales of juhapura branch. As it was seemed to be defective piece no warranty no exchange was offered to us within 7 days from vijay sales. The manager of juhapura branch was floating to technician and technician to manager always no proper solution was given to us till now as it was almost more than 10-15 days.
