Dear team

We have purchase AO smith Geyser EWS 5 litre from Amazon.
On Aug 2025 we have raised complaint to company issue is getting electrodes to connected water taps. After taking continuous follow up technician visit and took the geyser after 2 weeks the change the rode of geyser and installed but issue remain the same again after follow up they took the geyser and not getting update later arround 2 3 weeks later after arguing there regional manager Mrs Sheetal Gawali 09822265748 agree to replace the product but again no update later after arguing again she agree to refund but same later no update. So arround 3 months later they are saying they can't replace and refund, reason as communicated to me that serial no. On geyser not mentioned earlier there service executive Varsha Kale told me that it was seen earlier but not now because of it AO smith denying it's not there product.
I have concern over that If it was Not AO smith product then how can they place genuine rode in geyser earlier.
It's clearly seems that they have done something with geyser and now I don't want to take the geyser only wants my refunds.
