I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited for deficiency in service and unfair trade practices.
I have been a Jio Fiber customer for the past 3 years and recently requested relocation of my existing connection (Order No. CO0002BDHQ26), for which advance payment has already been made.
However, the company has failed to restore the Fiber connection at the new location due to internal technical issues. Instead, I am being advised to shift to Jio Air Fiber as an alternative.
The concern is that this alternative does not meet my requirement. Jio Air Fiber plans are bundled with OTT services and do not provide a basic data-only option. I already have my own OTT subscriptions, making this offering unsuitable and unnecessarily expensive.
