I am writing to formally escalate my complaint regarding my Dr. Aquaguard Genus water purifier, as my issue remains unresolved despite raising a service request.

I tied to connect with customer care 5 to 6 time but the issue is not resolved.

The details are as follows:

Despite reporting the issue, it has not been resolved within the committed timeline. This has caused significant inconvenience, as the water purifier is essential for our daily drinking water requirements.

I request you to:

  1. Assign the complaint to a senior service engineer immediately.
  2. Resolve the issue on priority.
  3. Provide a clear update on the status and expected resolution timeline.
  4. Ensure that the product is functioning properly after service.
If the issue cannot be resolved promptly, I request an appropriate replacement or any other suitable resolution under your service policy.

I request that you resolve my complaint immediately by arranging the required service. If you are unable to provide the service as per the terms of the AMC, I request a full refund of the AMC charges so that I can engage another service provider for the maintenance of my water purifier.

If neither the service is provided nor the AMC amount is refunded, I will have no option but to initiate appropriate legal proceedings by filing a complaint before the Consumer Commission for deficiency in service and seek compensation for the inconvenience caused.

I request your immediate intervention and expect a written response along with a resolution within 48 hours of receiving this email.
