I am writing to formally escalate my complaint regarding my Dr. Aquaguard Genus water purifier, as my issue remains unresolved despite raising a service request.
I tied to connect with customer care 5 to 6 time but the issue is not resolved.

I request that you resolve my complaint immediately by arranging the required service. If you are unable to provide the service as per the terms of the AMC, I request a full refund of the AMC charges so that I can engage another service provider for the maintenance of my water purifier.
If neither the service is provided nor the AMC amount is refunded, I will have no option but to initiate appropriate legal proceedings by filing a complaint before the Consumer Commission for deficiency in service and seek compensation for the inconvenience caused.
