Have subscribed to their services last year and renewed the service contract this year in May 2026. RO filter inspection and repair was part of the contract, but they havent attended to the faulty RO and filter issues since last 2 weeks(had filed a complaint on 7th August, 2026)....absolutely no one bothered to attend to it or call back for assistsnce. I am now asking for pro-rated refund which they are also not agreeing to....Please ban LivvPure from conducting this fraudulent business in our city
