Dear Team,
I am writing this mail to formally raise a complaint against Zomato regarding repeated delivery failures and extremely poor customer support experience.
On 8 May 2026, I placed a bulk order of 45 garlic breads through Zomato at around 1:35 PM from my registered number 7027630260.
At approximately 3:00 PM, the restaurant informed me that the order was completely prepared and ready, but no Zomato delivery partner had arrived for pickup.
I contacted Zomato support and spoke with Ms. Adiba, who assured me that the order would be delivered within 10 minutes. Despite waiting, no delivery happened.
Again, at around 3:35 PM, I contacted support and spoke with Mr. Shiva, who informed me that two new delivery partners had been assigned and that the order would be dispatched within 2 minutes and delivered within 15 minutes.
Shockingly, at around 4:05 PM, I received a notification stating that the order had been cancelled.
Thereafter, I spoke with manager Mr. Yatharth Topli, who admitted that the fault was from Zomato’s side but stated that nothing further could be done.
This incident caused:

- A written explanation regarding the cancellation.
- Compensation for harassment, food wastage, and time loss.
- Assurance that such negligence will not continue for customers placing bulk orders.
- Escalation of this matter to the concerned grievance authority.
