Complaint
I am filing this complaint against Zepto regarding the delivery of completely curdled/spoiled cow milk under the above-mentioned order. The milk was unfit for consumption when received.
This is a serious product-quality and food-safety concern. A perishable dairy product should be properly stored, quality-checked and handled before being dispatched to a consumer. Receiving completely curdled milk indicates a serious failure in quality control and handling.
More importantly, this is not an isolated incident. I have faced issues with multiple previous Zepto orders and have already reported my concerns to the company's customer support team. Despite raising these issues previously, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. The recurrence of another product-quality issue has further affected my confidence as a consumer.ca
I contacted Zepto regarding this incident and requested an appropriate resolution. However, I am dissatisfied with the manner in which my complaint has been handled. They are not supporting properly and are even providing wrong email IDs to file complaints, which has made it extremely difficult to escalate the issue through proper channels.
Relief Requested
I request that Zepto be directed to:
1. Provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, repeated service failures and harassment caused to me as a consumer.
2. Investigate the storage, handling, quality-check and dispatch process of the product.
3. Provide a written explanation as to how an unfit dairy product was dispatched to me.
4. Take corrective measures to prevent such incidents from recurring.
I have retained the relevant evidence, including photographs/videos of the curdled milk, product packaging, order details and communication with Zepto customer support, and can provide the same whenever required.
I request that this complaint be formally registered and appropriate relief be provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
