Dear Sir

I'm writing to express my disappointment with a watch I purchased from M/s D.K. Watch, Div No. 3, Islamia School Road, Ludhiana 6239104448, an authorized dealer of Maxima Pro Sky Watch.

Details:

- Watch purchased on: 05/04/2025
- Price: Rs 1300
- Warranty: 1 year

The watch stopped working in July 2025. Despite attempts to get it repaired or replaced, the dealer has not responded, exhibiting poor behavior.

I'm unhappy with the experience with both Maxima Pro Sky Watch and D.K. Watch.

I request that you take immediate action to repair or replace my watch.
