I purchased a Voltas AC from Vijay Sales in May 2023. Since purchase, the product has shown repeated defects including gas leakage multiple times and water leakage inside the room.
Despite multiple service requests, the issue has not been permanently resolved. I also requested a warranty extension twice but received no response.
This clearly amounts to:
Deficiency in service
Sale of defective product
I request the Honorable Commission to direct the opposite parties to:
Provide free repair or replacement of the AC
Extend warranty appropriately
Compensate for mental harassment and inconvenience
Refund any expenses incurred
