Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to formally raise a complaint against Vlebazaar (online shopping website) for delivering an incorrect product and causing unnecessary delay, inconvenience, and mental harassment.
I placed an order for a CP Plus CCTV Camera – Model CP-V32G, which supports an RJ45 port and 4G SIM. However, I received a different CP Plus camera model that does not match the specifications mentioned in my order.
After receiving the incorrect product, I immediately contacted Vlebazaar’s customer care at +91 9910203376. I was advised to send an email requesting a return. Despite following the instructed process and sharing all required details, the issue has not been resolved promptly, even though the product was required on an urgent basis.
Due to this incorrect delivery:
- My purpose of purchasing the CCTV camera has been affected
- I have suffered inconvenience and loss of time
- I am still waiting for a proper resolution (refund or replacement)
